Kathy Griffin Quits Before She was Fired at Fashion Police

Hours before Kathy Griffin’s resignation tweet, Fashion Police executives had a meeting whether to axe the 56-year-old comedian. Sources say after Griffin’s The Sun Times tell all, producers at Fashion Police felt that she had compromised the integrity of the show and jeopardized her own position.

The line that got Griffin in hot water and is under question is about the proposed idea of a segment called ‘Whore Score’ which Griffin said, “Name calling and alliteration with no comedic context is simply the lowest hanging fruit,” about the proposal.

Griffin has already begun combating the rumors, saying this had been premeditated even before the Giuliana-Zendaya feud began. Her comedic style was being cramped and she began threatening leaving the program, to which producers made empty promises.
